  4. When you register CatFinder, you will receive a disk containing complete documentation, the latest release of CatFinder, and a registration code.

  11.              World-Wide License                             $2000

  14. Payment can be made by check, money order, or cash.  Make checks payable to Keith Turner in US dollars drawn on a US bank.   You can register using a credit card via Kagi Shareware.

  16. If you register via Kagi Shareware or the CompuServe shareware registration service, you do not need to send in this form.  I will receive your registration information from the respective service.  See the chapter "Registration Information" for more information on these services.
